Saturday, October 18, 2003 I'm no Mother TheresaLooks like all the gaudy awfulness religion has to offer is being lavished on Mother Theresa. On top of my general feeling that religion is a sham and that sacred cows are meant for slaughter, the inimitable Christopher Hitchens' book about Mother Theresa -- called The Missionary Position! -- makes a pretty good case that she is actually not a very good person at all.
